Great location! Close to Broadway at the beach, tons of restaurants and shopping! Currently renovating all rooms! Free parking in garage directly across from building. Great pools, hot tubs and open spaces!

Not even sure where to start. I never write reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I needed to. Some of the issues: - mildew smell as soon as we walked in the room - even worse mildew smell when the murphy bed down - no hot water for 2 of the 5 nights there - no sink drain cover, so we lost things down the sink - the bathroom sink leaked so anything on the floor in the bathroom got soaked - we were told that they would clean one day since we were there for 5 days and no one ever came to clean - asked to talked to supervisor and they said they would call, but no one did - finally spoke to supervisor and they said they would issue a $100 credit, but as expected they never did. - reason I chose this resort was the kids amenities, but the water slide was broken and in the 5 days I was there, no one ever even tried to work on fixing it I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The Embassy Suites would have been cheaper, but I chose this for the kids amenities, bad choice. I left a message for the supervisor to call me and hopefully I'll hear back, but won't hold my breath.

I am supposed to come this weekend and my kids were really looking forward to the water slide and pool. 2 days ago i was informed that it was closed for several weeks to come and that nothing was being done to compensate for one of the main amenities being shut down. I sure hope that everything else is good when i get there as i am starting off not pleased at all!

Misleading resort! Our 3 bedroom was almost perfect! Not many cooking supplies. Bedbugs in my bed! Poorly staffed. Waterslide and kiddie pool on the property are out of order. One bartender at the Tiki bar. Anyone can walk onto the property. Didn’t see security!

What a huge disappointment and terrible experience. How dare you promote your resort as renovated, etc and when the tourist victims arrive you shoved them in the Jamaican Building? This is nothing else than an old, run down, dirty Gaza ***** structure… and what’s pitiful is that you KNOW IT. We checked out as soon as we could walk back to the front desk. What a tourist trap !! It was supposed to be a special occasion… my wife’s birthday and you spoiled it. Never again. Rest assured that I will let people know about this scam. Hopper already knows.

We chose an ocean view remodeled room. There is nothing but backsplash remodeled in here. Room is old, smelly and the door does not close properly when locked. The hotel itself is worn and dirty!!! Packed with people and not clean. At $325 a night we will not be returning!!!

Run as fast as you can from this roach infested rat trap of a facility!! Can’t even call it a hotel, service terrible furniture old and dirty lamps with holes ants everywhere and elevators slow as death! Pools dirty and not as advertised!!! They make no concessions for all these terrible amenities this place is by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in all my 50 years!!!
